Beach Glo was founded by Farah Kalnoky, PA-C after six years of hospital medicine, and it was built around a conviction she brought with her from that work: how you look is downstream of how you feel. Treat the wellness first and the aesthetics get easier.
Beach Glo Medspa & Wellness is a physician-owned practice in Sarasota led by Farah Kalnoky, PA-C. She spent six years in hospital medicine before opening it about a year ago. Hormones, metabolic health, and aesthetics are treated as one plan in one chart, under the oversight of an on-site medical director.
Farah Kalnoky, PA-C spent six years practicing hospital medicine before she ever picked up a syringe for aesthetics. Hospital work is a specific education. You see people at the end of a long slide, you learn to read the years of sleep, stress, hormones, and metabolic drift that brought them there, and you learn how much of it was preventable.
She founded Beach Glo about a year ago to work at the other end of that timeline. Her husband, Achilles Kalnoky, MD, runs the family medicine practice next door and serves as our medical director, which is how a med spa this young has a decade of medical practice standing behind it.
Farah is a certified peptide therapy provider and an expert injector, and those sit closer together than they look. Both reward restraint. Knowing when to place less filler and knowing when to tell a patient a peptide is not appropriate come from the same instinct.
It is a nice line, and it also happens to be a clinical position. Skin that will not cooperate, weight that will not move, energy that disappeared somewhere in your forties: those are usually symptoms of something measurable, not character flaws.
So we look for the cause before we treat the surface. Sometimes that means labs and hormones before anything cosmetic. Sometimes it means telling you the treatment you came in asking for is not the one that will help.
Aesthetic and wellness medicine moves fast, and much of what moves fastest is marketing. Our filter is simple. We ask what the evidence says, what the regulations allow, and what we would want for our own family. If a treatment is popular but the data is thin, we tell you instead of selling it.
That is why our peptide therapy program will not prescribe peptides that fall outside FDA compliance, however often patients ask, and why our weight loss program starts with labs and an in-person exam rather than a form and a shipping address.
We also try to be honest about limits. Results vary from person to person, some goals need more than one modality, and a few need a specialist we are not. Saying so costs us a booking occasionally, and our safety standards spell out where the lines are.
Most patients arriving here have been assembling care from strangers: a hormone clinic that never sees the labs from the weight loss program, an injector who has no idea either exists. Nobody sees the whole person, so nobody catches the interactions.
Beach Glo is built the other way. Hormones, metabolism, and aesthetics live in one chart with one provider. Your hormone therapy and your GLP-1 protocol are adjusted with knowledge of each other. If perimenopause is driving the sleep problem, the fatigue, and the stubborn weight at once, that is one conversation instead of three.
It is a quieter advantage than a new device, and patients tend to notice it around three months in, when the plan is still coherent.
The same process for a first Botox appointment and for a full hormone workup. It is the part of the visit we protect most carefully.
Your history, your goals, and what you have already tried, including the things that did not work and the ones you were talked into. Most consults spend more time here than anywhere else, because the actual problem is often not the one on the booking form.
You get the traditional guideline approach and the functional options, with the evidence behind each and the honest gaps in both. No steering, no jargon wall. If we would not choose an option ourselves, we say why.
You choose the direction. We guide it safely, set expectations you can hold us to, and monitor what we started. If the plan is not working, we change it rather than defending it.
After hormone pellets, Jody described the visit as "painless" and "way better than another spa" she had tried, and called it the start of the "road to feeling like myself again."

Tibor reported "zero waiting" and a "painless" appointment, and was "in and out in less than 10 minutes." Efficiency is not a clinical outcome, but it is a real part of whether people keep showing up.

Reviews describe individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and nothing here should be read as a promise about your own.
You will meet a provider in person, not a portal. You will hear the reasoning behind a recommendation, including what we ruled out. If a treatment is not appropriate for you, you will hear no, with a reason and a better direction.
What we will not do is promise a specific outcome, price a treatment before we understand your goals, or hand you a protocol we would not run on someone we love. If that sounds like the practice you have been looking for, the consult is the place to start.
